Jeboltogel reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable time frame may result in Account suspension and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending review.
Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Attempts to open or operate more than one Account — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — will be treated as a breach of these Terms. In such cases, Jeboltogel reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any remaining balances, including deposits and winnings, without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your Account with any other person. You agree to notify Jeboltogel support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Jeboltogel is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's failure to keep their credentials secure.
You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process and at all times thereafter. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false identity documents, or false address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
Jeboltogel accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (all major Malaysian banks including Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong), direct bank wire transfer, and approved cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, and BNB).
The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 for e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Cryptocurrency deposits carry a minimum equivalent of MYR 30 (USDT and BNB) and MYR 50 (Bitcoin and Ethereum) at the prevailing exchange rate at time of deposit confirmation.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the following indicative timelines: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — under 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX — 5 to 15 minutes; direct bank wire — 15 to 60 minutes. All timelines are indicative only and may vary during periods of high volume or system maintenance. Jeboltogel does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times.
All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. Jeboltogel reserves the right to request identity documents (national identity card, passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Withdrawals will not be released until all requested documentation has been reviewed and approved. Jeboltogel reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where fraud or policy breach is suspected.
All Account balances, deposit amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fees are charged by Jeboltogel on MYR transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of confirmation. Exchange rate fluctuations are the Player's responsibility.
All bonuses offered by Jeboltogel — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, referral bonuses, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses — are subject to these Terms and any specific conditions stated in the applicable promotion description. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. For example: a bonus of RM 100 requires RM 2,000 in qualifying wagers to unlock. Only wagers placed using bonus funds (or the combined bonus + deposit balance) count toward satisfying the requirement.
Wagering contributions toward bonus requirements vary by game category:
Jeboltogel actively monitors for bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to minimise house exposure while satisfying wagering requirements; multiple accounts claiming the same bonus; and use of arbitrage betting systems in conjunction with promotional funds. Players found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
Bonus funds that are not wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited to an Account will expire and be removed from the Account balance without notice, unless the specific promotion states a different validity period.
All games available on the Jeboltogel Platform are governed by game-specific rules accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these rules prior to play. Jeboltogel accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to understand game mechanics or rules.
All slot and table games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published where applicable and represent theoretical long-run averages — they do not guarantee specific outcomes in any individual session. Past game results do not influence future results.
In the event of a technical fault, game disconnection, or system error during a game round, Jeboltogel's records will be treated as the authoritative source for determining the outcome. Where an error results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, Jeboltogel reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the stake to the Player's Account.
Bets placed during a technical malfunction are void. Jeboltogel is not liable for any losses caused by technical failures outside of the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service interruptions, device failures, or third-party service outages.

All content on the Jeboltogel Platform, including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, software, and text, is the property of Jeboltogel or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, display, or transmit any part of the Platform's content without prior written authorisation from Jeboltogel. Unauthorised use of intellectual property will be pursued in accordance with applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Jeboltogel, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
Jeboltogel's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the claim, excluding any bonus funds.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Jeboltogel does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the Platform at their own risk.

Jeboltogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that a Player has breached any part of these Terms or where it is required to do so in order to comply with applicable law or a request from a regulatory authority.
Upon closure of an Account for cause (i.e., as a result of a Terms violation), Jeboltogel reserves the right to forfeit any remaining bonus balance and, where fraud or serious misconduct is established, to withhold the real-money balance pending investigation.
Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus amounts) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe, subject to completion of all outstanding KYC requirements.
Jeboltogel reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jeboltogel holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Jeboltogel's internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts or arbitration bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.
